Delete Your Data

You can ask us to delete the information we hold about you at any time. It is free, and you do not need to give a reason.

How to ask

• On WhatsApp: send "Delete my data" to +91 94424 06464 from the number you used with us.
• By email: write to privacy@jayawaham.org with the phone number you used with us.

If we cannot tell from your message that the request is yours, we may ask one simple question to confirm it. We will never ask for passwords or payment details.

What happens next

• We reply within 2 working days to confirm we have your request.
• We complete it within 30 days, and tell you when it is done.

What we delete

• Our WhatsApp conversation with you, stored on our systems.
• Your saved delivery addresses, including any gift recipient's address.
• Your marketing preferences — you will not receive offers from us again.
• Order and delivery details we are not required by law to keep.

What we must keep

Indian tax and company law require us to keep bills and payment records for a fixed period (currently up to eight years). We keep only what the law requires, use it for nothing else, and delete it when that period ends.
